Return policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or manufactured. If that order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot change that order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (applicable)
We accept product returns. The customer has the right to request a refund within 30 days of receiving that product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This must also be in the original packaging. To complete your pickup, we need a receipt or purchase order. Do not return your purchase to that manufacturer.
If the return is caused by the consumer, he must bear the shipping costs. The specific tip must be based on the express size you choose.
If for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or wrong, the consumer is not obliged to pay the shipping costs for that reason.
Consumers are not charged a restocking tip for returning a product.
Refund (if applicable)
As soon as you receive your order and it has been inspected, we will notify you by email of receipt. We will also notify you of any approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 180 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still don't receive a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. This may take a bit of time for that list to be widely published. Then contact your bank. There is usually a certain amount of processing time before a resume is posted. If you have done all of this and still do not receive your refund, please contact us at service@hycvs.com.
